1. You have to study the "Fare & Conditions" in details. For 20:00, there are two prices, one is HK$322 for Best Second, the other is HK$1,220 for flexible second class. For HK$322, it is Non exchangeable, non refundable. That's why it is sooo cheap. For HK$1,220, if ticket not used, 80% refundable up to 3 days before train departure date. Thereafter, no refund allowed. Subject to administrative charges in country of purchase. You don't need to 補錢 for HK$322. It is unchangeable. 2. Please click "Trip Details". 1st class offers spacious seats in noble materials (leather, wood), great standard of service and access to lounges in some stations. 2nd class seats are comfortable, with adjustable inclination and depth, integrated audio connection in the armrest and individual tables. 3. You have to study the details in website especially FAQ.
